Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Abby Mouldings Ltd. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Abby Mouldings Ltd currently offer our products sold as a collection only service, however if you require delivery, this can be arranged for you at an additional cost via either direct delivery from ourselves. Or by a 3rd party courier service.

Please contact 01626 830500 to arrange for delivery of your items. We cover the whole of Wales and England as far North as Leeds.

We offer delivery within a 200 mile radius of our warehouse for a flat rate of £40 on orders over £250

Other delivery options are available upon request.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you by either email or phone within 48 hours to inform you of the delivery date. All orders will be delivered within 8 working days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, if there will be a delay with your order, we will contact you to re arrange a convenient delivery time.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery with 60 miles of our head office address: Unit 5 Green Yard, King Charles Business Park
Heathfield, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 6UT is charged at £40 with delivery to UK mainland charged at 50p per mile therafter. Please visit the shop and cart page to calculate your shipping costs.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Abby Mouldings Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK.

Damages

Abby Mouldings Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping when other courier services are used to deliver our products. If you order has not been delivered by us directly, and If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you item is delivered directly by Abby Mouldings, please ensure you perform a quality check of your items upon receipt, and report and damages to us directly in person.

Refunds and returns

Well we take customer satisfaction very seriously. So the first thing to do if you’re unhappy with your purchase is give us a call or email within 4 working days.

If you decide that the mouldings you have ordered are not what you require, we will happily collect the items within a 200 mile radius of our warehouse as long as they are in original undamaged condition.

There is a collection fee for this service which will be calculated dependent upon distance and a 20% re-stocking charge of the full value of the products.

Bespoke items are non-returnable.
